Cape Coral police kill man after he threatened them with gun
Cape Coral Police officers shot and killed a man as he raised a gun at them Sunday evening during a domestic disturbance, Chief Anthony Sizemore said at a news conference.
A man accused of breaking into a home and making threats with a gun is now hospitalized with life-threatening injuries from a gunshot wound following a police pursuit early Sunday morning.
