A journalist at the Houston Press recently threw together a quick list of “crazy” gun reforms that they believe might just work to stop mass shootings.

The piece covers 5 separate proposals for gun control in the wake of many Republicans not getting on board with destroying the second amendment. The joke there is that many Republicans already jumped ship to help push gun control, not that they will ever get credit… Makes one wonder why they even bother destroying the freedoms we elect them to protect.

Here are the 5 crazy gun reforms put forward by the Huston Press:

None of his proposed Schitt will stop the next Whackadoodle Nutjob from shooting anyone.

In Japan, guns are incredibly restricted. So, those criminal elements bound and determined to harm others use knives and/or swords on their victims.
So, how does gun control reduce violent crime in Japan?

Can’t believe nobody has ever mentioned taking and passing a safety class offered by professionals who can tell who they are dealing with. That would require some time to schedule and get the training before the gun s turned over to them and allow time for a juvenile background check!

Yep, same thing I think to myself whenever someone’s going on about various proposals. I don’t think a lot of people do understand the difference. Which means our education system has totally failed, and it’s going to get worse before it ever gets better.

Do a little research and you will discover that mass shootings became so prevalent when anti-depressants started to be doled out like candy.

That’s a part of it, but not the only factor. The breakup of the family, psych-social abnormalities, lack of morals, lack of empathy, and only God knows what else all contribute.
It’s a multi-factoral problem that I believe even the researchers don’t understand (though they think they do).
How much has the creation of the Nanny State (begun under LBJ really) contributed to the problem? A lot I believe.

The sad reality is, that now that the Pandora’s Box has been opened, there’s no closing it. The best we can do is prepare for the impact of the psychos unleashed.
It’s why this new gun bill will do nothing to prevent the next Mass Shooting. Sure our fearless leadership is so busy patting themselves on the back, they can’t see their role in setting up the next Mass Killing or recognize that their solutions weren’t the answers.
