Tennessee Republican lawmakers have finished working on Constitutional Legislation in their state, soon Republican Governor Bill Lee will be able to sign off on the legislation.

Constitutional Carry is one of the biggest Second Amendment issues in America currently, it is also one that continues to win. The legislation allows for permit-less carry, whether that be concealed or open carry.

From the AP:

Republican lawmakers in the supermajority finished their work on the bill Monday as it passed the House 64-29, following the Senate’s approval earlier this month. Some Republicans defected to vote against the measure, whose opponents include influential law enforcement entities.

A Republican approaching his reelection campaign for 2022, Lee proposed the National Rifle Association-backed legislation last year before the COVID-19 pandemic caused lawmakers to narrow their focus.

Now 20 states have Constitutional Carry laws, 43 States will issue permits for conceal carry, and 7 states might allow you to carry if you apply for a permit. More states are pushing for Constitutional carry every week it seems, soon the entire country might have this legislation excluding California and New York.
